Ed and Suzanne Holliday started Good News Home Improvements in 2001. After years in the construction industry, Ed felt called to bring more protection in the way of offering a higher level of care by providing better service to home owners and an overall greater value for their home improvement investments. Extremely close attention has always been given to quality in our installation of both siding and windows. Products with the best warranties are chosen, and caulking and sealants with the greatest longevity are chosen as well. We believe that your home improvements should be done right.
We value our customers by standing behind all of our work. We also value long-term relationships. We are blessed to have many returning customers for new phases of work and frequent referrals from previous customers. This does not happen without attentive service and integrity in our relationships.

We have a genuine heart for our customers and people outside of the scope of our business. Ed and Suzanne have volunteered at Our Father’s Farm in Holden, Missouri, since 2007. Our Father’s Farm is a vibrant Christ-centered support and discipleship ministry for hurt people in need of hope and healing from a variety of life’s injuries and tragedies. The goal of the ministry is to give the less fortunate a restoration of life, just as God intended. Each month, a portion of Good News Home Improvement’s revenue goes towards this life-giving ministry.
A long history of quality home improvements, service, and a heart for people. This difference adds up to a value far beyond just another source for siding and windows.
We look forward to hearing from you and we will be honored to serve you!
