Replacement Windows and Doors and Siding Service Sacramento

 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As my girlfriend and I were recently contemplating doing some home maintenance and upgrades we had decided to begin with replacement of several sliders and a large window.  Fortunately, two others in my downtown-Sacramento condo complex had recently engaged Good News Home Improvements and both been extraordinarily pleased with the quality of product and technical expertise displayed in the installation of their windows.  As someone who values word of mouth recommendations above commercial marketing messages I therefore had full confidence in Good News HI from the start.  And I was not disappointed.

Our installation team, Brian and Travis, showed up when expected on the designated morning and over the next five hours did a masterful job of removing my old windows, sliders and frames, and then installing our new ones.  I was thoroughly impressed by their attention to detail.  This wasn't their first rodeo, obviously; Brian and Travis are a well-oiled team.  

Before even touching our windows and sliders, canvas runners were laid out and nearby objects were covered with dust shields. Then Brian and Travis got down to business.  Once started, they remained in constant motion for the next five hours and were totally focused on the job.

We cannot overstate our complete satisfaction with the job that Good News Home Improvements did for us.

 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Good News replaced 10 of 25 windows in our home in 2012 and when we had to replace the remaining 15 windows (2 were sliders) we did not hesitate to get a quote from Good News Home Improvements. We had two other quotes from different companies and decided on Good News because of their customer service, quality products, and workmanship.  Our consultant,  Brian, was very knowledgeable and patient as I was undecided on replacing the master bedroom slider with a French door.  Their office manager, Jennie, was a delight to work with regarding pre installation paperwork and we can't say enough about the window professionals who installed 13  windows, 1 slider and a French Door. Brian and Travis were prompt, professional, and meticulous to all details.  We are extremely happy with the customer service and product that Good News Home Improvements provides and because of that we have been loyal clients since 2012.

 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We could not be happier with our new Anlin windows, or our experience working with Good News making them happen. Top to bottom, from sales, to scheduling, all the way to the install -- everyone was responsive, respectful, professional, friendly, honest, and a pleasure to work with. You can really tell the entire team is committed to making the process as perfect as possible. Our sales visit left us confident in our purchase. The office was always easy to get ahold of for scheduling. The attention to detail by the installers was outstanding (they're wizards with sealant). And to top it all off the final product has been such a remarkable improvement for us in noise reduction, sealing out smoky air, and smooth operation that it feels like a major quality of life upgrade. We only did half our windows this time and we're already trying to figure out how soon we can get Good News back to do some more.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lon was incredible from beginning to end. He was timely, kind, thoughtful, and overly communicative (which we really appreciated). Working with Lon and his crew was refreshing. We always knew what was happening and when and if they hit a snag, Lon shared right away and came at it with a solution. He worked with our budget and gave feedback and suggestions which we needed! The cherry on top is that they finished early and surprised us with a few extras that made life easier on us. We recommend them to EVERYONE needing new windows and/or siding. 10/10.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had my sliding door removed, and French doors put in. So much easier to open and close. The installer's were very neat, knowledgeable, and friendly. Lon was a great salesman, Ed very helpful, price quality very pleased.
